I love to feed people, I love to be fed, and I love the reactions induced by eating, one of the simplest pleasures we have in life. Where emotions and senses can affected by the simplest raw fruit to the most elaborate scientific creation.
But I am equally aware of the need for attitudes to consumption of food to change in a world where so many can over-consume whilst so many others go hungry. Thus through my cooking and writing, I aim to promote seasonal and sustainable ideas to enjoy what is becoming, in many respects, a precious commodity.

We really enjoy your recipes. Now have to wait for the zucchini season to arrive in Jindera to try the cake/bread.
